Jounral 6 K9 in pace

I went to the AZ central and fond a article about a former K9 cop dog. It wasn't all that interesting, but it had somewhat of an investigation twist in the plot. The officer who was responsible for the K9 left the dog in the car for more then 12 hours. The the cop then toke the dead K9 to the vet so they could cremate it, and cleaned out the cop car to destroy any proof. Why is this a stressing issue... I have know idea and I don't really care, I'm trying to complete this journal, without going into details about how unaware society is on today's issues.
