Journal 3 A dare and a Drug lord

I remember a time when I was dared to sneak into Mr. Garcia-Vega's backyard, to unlock his gate so that me and my cousin could go swimming. The Garcia-Vegas' had moved to our neighborhood a while ago, they were very wealthy and rumored to be Colombian drug lords. They had this giant hedge that was as thick as wall, and the most beautiful 25000 gallon pool I had ever laid eyes on. We all thought that the Garcia-Vegas' were on vacation, cause it had been two whole weeks since they had a loud party. Me and my cousins were sitting outside, baking in the sun, when Jamaal came up with this idea of going swimming in the (drug lord) neighbors pool. I didn't want too at first but a few more seconds in the heat convinced me. I was the chosen one, the only one who could scale the Berlin Wall like hedge. I was quick to climb the hedge ( like a ninja on a top assassination mission). Once over, I fond myself in the middle of a normal family get together. The Garcia-Vegas' just glanced, as I showed myself out the back gate.
